Technology Preconference

The TI:ME Technology Institute for Music Educators will host a one-day preconference featuring clinics on technology for music educators.
Preconference Registration and Badge Pickup
Purchase $50 technology preconference access when registering in advance or as a convention addon. Online registration closes January 31.
If paying onsite (at CC 214), you can pay by credit card, Venmo, PayPal, or a separate check payable to TI:ME. Payment may not be combined with your TMEA registration check, and purchase orders will not be accepted.

You do not need to complete your TMEA registration before obtaining your preconference badge. Go directly to this event.
Professional Development Resources
Clinic Audio Recordings
For just $20, gain unlimited access to an invaluable resource: recordings of all Thursday to Saturday clinics from the TMEA convention. Purchase audio recordings when registering in advance or as a convention addon. Online registration closes January 31.
Clinic Handouts
Clinic handouts will be available after February 1.
Download Handouts in the App: For clinics with handouts, download them from the convention app to view offline. We recommend downloading any materials you need before traveling to the convention.
Printing Handouts: If you can’t print directly from your mobile device, you can:
- Save the handouts to a shared folder (e.g., Google Drive).
- Email them to yourself from the app.
- Use the web version of the app (link below) to download and print them on a computer with printer access.
Web Version of the App: To access handouts, create an account or log in with your app credentials. In the web view, “My Schedule” is called “My Planner.” Go to any clinic detail page and download the handout for printing.
Convention CPE Credit
Continuing Professional Education credit is available only to TMEA Active type members, Honorary Life members, and out-of-state attendees who register and attend convention. College Student and Retired members will not have access to create CPE records.

Proposals are accepted online May 1-June 1.
