Out-of-State Institutions Policies

Out of State Institutions that participate in the College exhibits must comply with the following policies.


Each out-of-state institution MUST become a Sustaining Member of TMEA ($75 dues).  This membership will automatically be added to the booth application (available in September).


  1. Three free badges are included with booth rental. Additional badges may be purchased for $30 each. (form available in January)
  2. No more than six persons shall represent an exhibiting institution in the booth at the same time.
