The convention is held at Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, 900 E. Market Street, San Antonio, Texas.
If you'll need help getting around the center, rent a scooter or wheelchair in advance.
The TMEA discounted housing reservation system is closed.
If you need to update or cancel an existing reservation, that must be done directly with the hotel (contact information linked below). Note that you must cancel a reservation within the hotel's cancellation policy period or a one night's room and tax charge will be assessed by the hotel.

What to Pack
Our convention takes place in a 1.3-million-square-foot convention center. You will walk a lot. Pack comfortable shoes and layers to help you remain comfortable in the wide range of temperatures throughout the center.
Be sure to check the current forecast for San Antonio to be prepared for the weather (we're keeping our fingers crossed that the long-range forecast comes true!).
