The following rates apply to advertising placed in Southwestern Musician and in the TMEA Clinic/Convention Program.

  • Contract by June 25 and receive a 20% discount on August advertising!
  • Contract in multiple issues and receive a multi-issue discount!
  • Contract in the January and/or February issues and receive a 20% discount on that same ad in the Convention Program!

Color rates are in addition to basic rates and are non-commissionable.

Special Placement Requests (15% surcharge to Basic Rates)
Each special placement request will incur a 15% charge. This surcharge is based on the basic advertising rate before any discounts. See #10 in Terms & Conditions about placement.

Far Forward First 1/3 of the publication
Side-Specific Left or right side of the publication
Specific Column Within the text of a monthly column
(President, Executive Director, Division V-P)
Far Forward and Column Specific are mutually exclusive.
Make-Ready Art Work
Basic artwork will be charged $50 per hour to create ad files or for submitted ad files that must be adjusted to fit the outlined specifications.
Inserts
Insert advertising is not accepted.
