About the Presenter
Heather Orr is a veteran choir director with more than 30 years of experience in rural and inner-city schools. She has served as a clinician, adjudicator, and conference presenter, and her ensembles have earned numerous State and National honors, including nine invited convention performances at TMEA, ACDA, and SWACDA. Orr holds voice degrees from Heidelberg University and The Ohio State University and is completing a Doctorate in Music Education at Liberty University. Orr serves as Assistant Director of Choral Activities at Texas A&M University, where she directs freshman choirs and supports first-year collegiate singers.
