Use this page if you have renewed and wish to preregister for the convention and/or purchase convention-related items (or if you are already preregistered and want to purchase additional convention items).

2) Download and complete this form and submit it with your check or authorized P.O. by email, mail, or fax by the deadline of December 31.

Convention Early Registration Fees (December 31 mail/email deadline, Jan 21 online.)

Active members:$60
Retired members: $20
College student members: $0 (included with $25 college membership)
Out-of-state registrants: $110 

Convention Registration Fees (After January 21) 

Active members:$80
Retired members: $20
College student members: $0 (included with $25 college membership)
Out-of-state registrants: $130

  • Audio file access: $10 (to access audio files of Thurs-Sat clinics, after the convention)
