COVID-19 Updates

All in-person TMEA meetings and events are suspended for the remainder of the school year. For the latest updates, go to the COVID-19 Updates page. The information on the COVID-19 webpage supersedes any standard program information presented on this website.

Music educators who do not live or work in Texas are not required to join TMEA in order to attend the annual convention. Membership is available to you should you choose to join.

Out-of-State attendee convention fees:

  • By January 23: $110
  • After January 23 (online or on-site): $130

Must pay by check? Print a registration form (requires Adobe Reader 6.0 or later) to fax or mail. Confirmation can take up to 10 business days. Mail/fax deadline is December 31. (Checks received after that date will be returned.)
