College Exhibits Booth Personnel

While booth space is always visible, institution representatives are required to be online and available within their booth during College Fair, Friday from 5:00 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.

College exhibitors will be required to identify their booth staff by January 15.

Texas Institutions

Must have an Active TMEA Sustaining Membership ($55). This is included in the booth application.

  • Instructional staff, whether full or part-time, must be active members of TMEA ($50 dues) and register for the convention ($60 early registration). Renew now and register.
  • Up to 8 non-instructional staff will be provided credentials to access your exhibit space for set up and to meet with attendees during the event.
Out-of-State Institutions

Must have an Active TMEA Sustaining Membership ($75). This is included in the booth application.

  • Up to 8 staff will be provided credentials to access your exhibit space for set up and to meet with attendees during the event. Additional credentials may be purchased for $25 each.
