Location
Held in San Antonio, most of our convention events are in the Henry B. González Convention Center, 900 E. Market Street, San Antonio, Texas, and in the adjacent Grand Hyatt. Additionally, some rehearsals are held in nearby hotel ballrooms.
Housing
Make or Update a Reservation (opens October 5, 6 a.m. CT)
Note: The rooms blocked for our event are mostly sold out (depending on the nights of your stay). If no rooms are available based on your search criteria, the reservation system will present the URL of an alternate housing system where you can search for other hotels in San Antonio with availability. Otherwise, we suggest you search online directly with area hotels or on travel websites or short-term rental sites.
The TMEA housing system is for TMEA members, exhibitors, and out-of-state paid attendees.
- Invited ensembles and their family members must seek housing reservations outside this system.
- All-State student housing is coordinated by TMEA directly with the students’ director/member sponsor in January.
