Held in San Antonio, most of our convention events are in the Henry B. González Convention Center, 900 E. Market Street, San Antonio, Texas, and in the adjacent Grand Hyatt. Additionally, some rehearsals are held in nearby hotel ballrooms.

Note: The rooms blocked for our event are mostly sold out. TMEA continues to work with hotels to gain access to more rooms, and sometimes room reservations are canceled, so you can continue to check back to make a reservation. If no rooms are available based on your search criteria, the reservation system will present another online option to find other hotels in San Antonio with availability.

TMEA Housing must receive all cancellations on or before January 19, 2022 to avoid a penalty. Any cancellations received on or after January 20, 2022 will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. This fee will be charged within seven days of cancellation.

After January 27, 2022, cancellations must be directed to your assigned hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival or a one night’s room and tax charge will be assessed by the hotel.

Hotels may charge a one night’s room and tax deposit for each room reservation after January 19, 2022.
