Convention Preregistration and Other Items E-mail

Use this page if you have renewed and wish to preregister for the convention and/or purchase convention-related items (or if you are already preregistered and want to purchase additional convention items). 

Credit card types accepted are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Convention Early Registration Fees (Jan 19 Deadline)

Active members:$60
Retired members: $20
College student members: $0 (included with $25 college membership)
Out-of-state registrants: $110 

Convention Registration Fees (After January 19) 

Active members:$80
Retired members: $20
College student members: $0 (included with $25 college membership)
Out-of-state registrants: $130

  • Audio file access: $10 (to access audio files, after the convention, of Thurs-Sat clinics.)
  • Family badges: $10 each

Mail/Fax December 31 Deadline

If you are unable to complete your renewal online or need to pay via check, you can print a membership/registration form (requires Adobe Reader 6.0 or later) to fax or mail.  If a check is not readily available, an official and signed purchase order can accompany your membership form. Confirmation can take up to 10 business days. Mail/fax deadline is December 31, 2016.

(Before dismissing the error message, if possible, press the "Print Screen (PrtScn)" keyboard button. Then open a MSWord file and choose Paste to paste the screen image on the page.
