Convention Preregistration and Other Items E-mail

Use this page if you have renewed and wish to preregister for the convention and/or purchase convention-related items (or if you are already preregistered and want to purchase additional convention items).

Note: Our online system has changed. Be sure to read the instructions on each webpage carefully.

Use a desktop, laptop, or tablet. The member website is not designed for use on a smartphone. 

Your username is now the email address you have on record with TMEA (and yes, that could be an outdated email address—you'll be able to update it after you sign in). After clicking the button: 

  • Enter your email address on record in the username field.
  • Enter your password (it hasn't changed). If you never changed your password from its default, it will be the first three letters of your last name, lowercased, followed by your TMEA member ID (e.g., smi1234).

Convention Registration Fees (After January 21) 

NOTE! Only online processing with a credit card is possible at this time. If you cannot pay online with a credit card, you must register and pay this fee on-site.

Active members:$80
Retired members: $20
College student members: $0 (included with $25 college membership)
Out-of-state registrants: $130

  • TI:ME Music Technology Preconference: Registration closed 1/31. You must register on-site, Feb. 10, starting at 8 a.m., outside of rooms 209-213 (separate from TMEA registration).
  • Audio file access: $10 (to access audio files, after the convention, of Thurs-Sat clinics.)
  • Family badges: $10 each
  • (SOLD OUT) President's Concert: $10 each (Featuring the Canadian Brass, Thursday, 8:30 p.m.)

Fee Documentation for On-site Registration

Mail/Fax deadline has passed: December 31, 2015

If you are unable to preregister online, you can print this form showing on-site fees to turn into your business office (requires Adobe Reader). Since the deadline has passed, all checks will need to be hand-carried to on-site registration at the higher "After January 21" amount shown above.
