Update Emails Sent
January 14, 2020: Submit your logo (premium exhibitors only), Identify your booth staff, Prepare to build your booth space
Submit Your Company Logo By January 20 (For Premium Exhibitors Only): Premium exhibitor logos will be included on our graphic exhibit hall if an acceptable file size and type is received by the deadline (your logo will link to your virtual exhibit space). A link to upload is in your January 14 email.
- File Type: Your logo will display inside a square frame. You can submit a JPG or PNG file. If your graphic isn’t square, it will float with white space around it in that square area. Be sure your graphic’s longest dimension (width or height) is at least 300 pixels at 72 DPI.
- File name: Your company name should be in file name (e.g., your_company.jpg).
Identify Your Booth Staff By February 1: Submit the name and unique email for each staff member who will represent your company during our event (and for clinicians your company is sponsoring who aren’t TMEA members). Only names/emails submitted by the deadline will be provided online convention platform credentials to log in.
If you need login credentials beyond the number in your allotment, you can purchase them for $25 each. Email email@example.com with this request.
Prepare to Build Your Booth Space Now: Before getting access to build your virtual booth space (it’ll be easy), take this time to generate great ideas, prepare materials, create giveaways, and more. Who on your staff will customize your online booth space? Will you change content daily during our event? What exclusive offers will you give? What presentations will you make during our exclusive exhibit hall hours?
At a minimum, get the following ready to upload:
Company Logo: Have your best quality logo ready to upload. It will display above your company name on the main exhibitor directory page and to the left of your company name in your booth space.
Size/Type: At least 200 pixels wide. Must be a JPEG or PNG file.
Header Banner: Increase your visual appeal with a graphic header that spans the top of your booth space (perhaps you’ll update it daily throughout the event).
Size/Type: 1170 px wide x 145 px tall. Must be a JPEG or PNG file.
Company Description: You can apply some text styles to your company description (bold, italics, lists, images). Link text to pages on your website. Perhaps each day, you link to a page with exclusive offers for TMEA attendees! You could include daily coupon codes in your description for use on your site.
Video: In addition to hosting a primary video that is embedded in your exhibit space (and change it as often as you want), you can also link to other videos in a Files area of your exhibit space. You could use these for product demos and much more.
Files: In addition to the videos I mentioned, you can include other files (catalog, sales brochure, etc.). Keep in mind the attendee will download these files, so don’t put huge files that will take a long time to get, or they will lose interest.
Company Website: You’ll enter the URL to your company website
Other Links: You can highlight other webpages on your exhibit space.
Social Media: You can add direct links to your Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn accounts.
Polls: You can add a poll to your virtual booth to get interaction from attendees.
