Guidebook (mobile app) Sold Out!
Opportunity: Your company name/logo displayed prominently on the app, which was downloaded during the 2012 Convention approximately 7,500 times.
Sponsorships available: (4) @ $1,000 each
Recognition: Sponsor ad banner on main screen (rotated between the 4 sponsors) which leads to a description page that includes your booth number(s) and for which you provide description text, an in-app PDF document (optional), and website link (optional), plus standard benefits listed below.
Cash Giveaways Sold Out!
Opportunity: Place your company's name in the hands of all active member attendees as they receive a cash giveaway ticket at registration. Approximately 8,600 tickets are distributed for members to deposit in one of five boxes strategically located throughout both exhibit halls. The locations are designed to build traffic throughout the halls.
Sponsorships available: Five (5) at $500 each
Recognition: Sponsor name printed on 1/5 of the tickets and on one of the deposit boxes plus standard benefits.
Registration Sold Out!
Opportunity: Your company name will be the first thing seen by approximately 4,000 attendees who will register on site via the default screen on six (6) registration computers (per sponsorship).
Sponsorships available: Three (3) at $2,000 each
Recognition: Sponsor name or logo displays on computer kiosk default screen plus standard benefits.
Information Booth Sold Out!
Opportunity: Expand your visibility with educators, parents and performers at the primary stop for many of their convention needs. Attendees visit the Information Booth throughout the convention for concert tickets, maps, and schedules.
Sponsorships available: Two (2) sponsors at $500
Recognition: Company name or logo displayed on the booth header, plus standard benefits.
All-State Student Badge Sold Out!
Opportunity: Gain attention during and after convention with over 1,500 music students who will wear these badge holders throughout convention and take them home as souveniers.
Sponsorships available: Two (2) sponsors at $500 each
Recognition: Sponsor name or logo listed on each badge holder plus standard benefits.
Shuttle Bus
Opportunity: Your company name/logo displayed prominently on the official shuttle bus, which runs continually between the complimentary convention parking lot and the Convention Center. This not only gives exposure to the thousands of attendees that utilize this service, but is also seen by all traffic during driving time.
Sponsorships available: (1) Thursday SOLD!, (1) Friday SOLD!, (1) Saturday @ $500 each
Recognition: Sponsor name/logo signage on outside of bus, on pick-up/drop-off signage plus standard benefits.
Exhibit Hall Aisle Signs Sold Out!
Opportunity: Company name/logo at aisle intersections on two-sided, two-sectioned signs, to be seen all three days of the Convention as our 25,000 attendees move around the most dynamic show floor in the nation.
Sponsorships available:
- One (1) at $2,500 (Halls C/D: 13 aisle signs, odd aisles)
- One (1) at $2,500 (Halls C/D: 13 aisle signs, even aisles)
- One (1) at $500 (Hall B: 6 aisle signs)

Coat/Bag Check Station Sold Out!
Opportunity: Company name/logo displayed prominently at the coat/bag check station in the West Registration Area all three days of the convention.
Sponsorships available: One (1) at $500.00
Recognition: Company name/logo displayed on coat/bag signage plus standard benefits.
All-State Concert Programs Sold Out!
Opportunity: Your company name or logo displayed prominently on the cover page of the respective All-State Programs that are not only used at the concerts but are kept as treasured keepsakes. The tickets for these concerts are highly coveted and attendees include TMEA teacher members and performer family members.
Sponsorships available:
- All-State Band Concert Programs: One at $1,500
Four concerts with up to 9,000 attendees
- All-State Orchestra Programs: One at $1,500
Three Concerts with up to 7,000 attendees
- All-State Vocal Concert Programs: One at $1,500
Three concerts with up to 9,000 total attendees
Recognition: Sponsor name/logo displayed prominently on the cover page of chosen programs plus standard benefits.
Standard Benefits
Applicable to all sponsor levels. In addition to the recognition specific for each sponsor opportunity above, each sponsor will be recognized in the following ways:
- Inclusion on thank you page in pre-convention publicity
- Inclusion on thank you page in the convention printed program
- Sponsor booth(s) will be highlighted on the interactive floor plan
- Access to show logo for promotional use only
Rules/Regulations
- Only companies with a completed 2013 Convention booth application may apply for a TMEA Convention Sponsorship.
- Sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the submission date/time of the sponsorship application.
- Previous sponsors have first right of renewal.
- Recognition detailed above will be provided only for companies that complete their application by November 8.
- If an acceptable logo file is not received by November 9, the company name will be displayed in text only. Click here for logo file submission requirements.
