Some sponsorship recognition items can feature the company logo if a print-ready file is submitted by November 8. Review the following before submitting your company logo:

• Submit logo files to kkneten@tmea.org. Title the email: "YourCompanyName logo for convention sponsorship"

• Deadline: Logos meeting the following file requirements must be received by November 8 to be included in recognition items.

• File format: .eps or Adobe Illustrator CS2

• If you submit an Illustrator file, convert all type to outlines before submitting the file to prevent font substitution.

• Logos may be displayed in black and white, two- or four-color.

If a logo meeting these requirements is not received by November 8 the company name will be displayed in plain text in all recognition items.
