• All 10’ x 10’ booths will be provided with 8’ high back wall (plum, white, teal) and 36” high side dividers. Aisles will be carpeted (teal).
  
  
• One 8’ undraped table & two (2) chairs will be furnished to each booth without charge.
  
  
• A standard 7” x 44” two-line sign is furnished free for each exhibitor. This sign will consist of your firm name and booth number(s).
  
  
• Texas is a right-to-work state, which means exhibitors may install and dismantle their own exhibits using their own equipment.

• Exhibitors may provide their own equipment or furnishings.
  
  
• Special signs, extra furnishings, booth carpet, utility connections, telephones, and other services can be ordered using order forms in the Exhibitor Service Kit, which will be emailed to exhibitors in December.
  
  
• Be assured that TMEA continues to work hard to negotiate the best rates feasible to minimize your decorating costs to exhibit at our convention.
