Online requests can be made after January 5, 2009

• Three complimentary badges will be provided at registration per 10’ x 10’ booth purchased.

• Each additional person associated with the booth may purchase a badge for $30.

• Badges may be picked up at Exhibitor Registration during registration hours (click to view).

• Include names of sponsored clinicians with the badge request. Clinicians badges will be available at the Family/Clinician Registration booth.

• Badge requests may be completed online after January 5, 2009.
  The deadline to request badges is February 2, 2009.

Note: No children under 18 years of age allowed on show floor during move-in and/or move-out.
