Sponsorship Opportunities:
Review the following sponsorship opportunities and then submit a contract to become a 2009 TMEA Convention Sponsor!

Cash Giveaways: Only 4 Remain Available! 
Opportunity: Place your company's name in the hands of all active member attendees as they receive a cash giveaway ticket at registration. Approximately 8,600 tickets are distributed for members to deposit in one of five boxes strategically located throughout both exhibit halls. The locations are designed to build traffic throughout the halls.
Sponsorships available: Five (5) at $500 each
Recognition: Sponsor name printed on 1/5 of the tickets and on one of the deposit boxes. Sponsor name announced at the Second General Session during the cash drawing.

Registration: SOLD OUT!
Opportunity: Your company name will be the first thing seen by approximately 4,000 attendees who will register on site via the default screen on each registration computer.
Sponsorships available: Ten (10) at $500 each
Recognition: Sponsor name or logo displays on each computer kiosk default screen.

Elementary Division Meeting/Reception: SOLD OUT!
Opportunity: Gain exposure with a captive audience of more than 700 Elementary music educators at their meeting/reception.
Sponsorships available: Five (5) sponsors at $500 each
Recognition: Company name printed on event tickets and sponsor name announced during the meeting.

Information Booth: Only 2 Remain Available!
Opportunity: Expand your visibility with educators, parents and performers at the primary stop for many of their convention needs. Attendees visit the Information Booth throughout the convention for concert tickets, maps, schedules and CPE forms.
Sponsorships available: Two (2) sponsors at $500 
Recognition: Company name or logo displayed on the booth header.

All-State Student Badge Holders: SOLD OUT!
Opportunity: Gain attention during and after convention with over 1500 music students who will wear these badge holders throughout convention and take them home as souveniers.
Sponsorships available: Two (2) sponsors at $500 each
Recognition: Sponsor name or logo listed on each badge holder

Standard Benefits (applicable to all sponsor levels)
In addition to the recognition specific for each sponsor opportunity above, each sponsor will be recognized in pre-convention publicity and the convention printed program.

Rules/Regulations

• Only companies with a completed 2009 Convention booth application may apply for a TMEA Convention Sponsorship.
• Sponsorships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis based on the submission date/time of the sponsorship application.
• Recognition detailed above will be provided only for companies that complete their application by November 28, 2008.
• If an acceptable logo file is not received by November 28, 2008, the company name will be displayed in text only. Click here for logo file submission requirements.
