TMEA Member Housing

This housing reservation system is for TMEA members, exhibitors and clinicians only.

Do not use this online housing system for All-State student housing, performing groups or parents.

Read and follow these instructions to ensure your housing is reserved as requested.

For best availability and immediate confirmation, make your reservation via the Internet. Requests received via fax or mail may take longer to process. All hotel requests are processed on an availability basis.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The TMEA Housing Bureau will send acknowledgement of your reservations. Please review all information for accuracy. Upon receipt of your hotel request form, acknowledgements will be sent as follows: Email acknowledgements will be sent within 72 hours of reservation being processed. Faxed and mailed acknowledgments will be sent within 10–14 days. If you do not receive your acknowledgement in this time frame, please contact TMEA Housing Bureau by fax at (210) 207-6702 or by email at sahousing@sanantoniovisit.com. You will not receive a confirmation from the hotel.

ROOM RATES/TAXES
To take advantage of the special TMEA rates, book your reservation by January 22, 2008. After that date, TMEA room blocks may be released and hotels may charge higher rates. All rates are per room and are subject to 16.75% occupancy tax (subject to change); of which 6% (state tax) can be waived with a school check and tax-exemption certificate, which must be presented at check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed; however, hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

GUARANTEE
All reservations require a valid credit card or check deposit guarantee at the time of confirming reservations. Requests received without a valid guarantee will be returned and will not be processed. Credit cards must be valid through February 2008 to be considered a proper guarantee.

DEPOSITS
If you choose to mail a check deposit guarantee, it should be made payable to "TMEA Housing Bureau" and mailed along with your housing request form to the address provided. All check deposit guarantees must be in the amount of $200.

CANCELLATION PENALTY
TMEA Housing Bureau must receive all cancellations on or prior to December 28, 2007, to avoid a penalty. Any cancellations received after December 28, 2007 will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Continue to use the TMEA Housing Bureau for changes and cancellations through February 5, 2008. Beginning February 6, 2008, changes and cancellations must be directed to your confirmed hotel. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival or your confirmed hotel will assess one night’s room and tax charge. Please note that your confirmed hotel may assess an early departure fee for departure date changes at check in.

Note that some hotel properties may already be sold out on the dates you request. If a hotel does not display after you enter a date range, this indicates it is sold out.
