Congratulations for qualifying to participate in an All-State organization! Before arriving in San Antonio for the convention, you must complete four forms that will be required for you to register.

Read each form carefully, complete all of the required information and obtain all required signatures. The rehearsal schedule and other important information for you and your parents is also attached for your convenience. Download all of the contents and review them carefully before you leave for San Antonio.
