Congratulations on Selection to the 2009 TMEA All-State Jazz Ensemble You must bring the following forms to All-State student registration on February 11, 2009 from 1-4 p.m. at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center East Registration area to complete your registration: Student Questionnaire Code of Conduct (two completed copies) Medical Release (signed by a Notary)
