Call for Papers

The Research Committee of the College Division is pleased to announce the call for research reports for presentation at the TMEA Clinic/Convention. The committee invites submissions from members in all divisions of TMEA, including members of the College Student Section. Authors whose reports are selected will present their research in an informal session in which interested music educators can learn about the research and discuss applications to music teaching with individual authors.

Each presenter will prepare a 30" x 40" poster that describes the research and will provide abstracts for interested individuals attending the poster session.

To submit a presentation proposal: Prepare an abstract of approximately 750 words that provides a concise, yet thorough, summary of the research project, and submit an electronic copy pasted directly into the body of an e-mail message to:

Submissions must be received by October 15 preceding the convention.
